The Signature 

Full Day-Of Wedding Coordination

You've spent months planning every detail. The Signature Package makes sure you get to live your wedding day instead of managing it.
I come alongside you and your vendors, take everything you've dreamed up, and bring it together into one seamless plan. Then I run the day so you and your people can simply be present.

BEFORE THE WEDDING

• Review your planning details, contracts, and vision

• Build a complete wedding weekend timeline

• Connect with your vendors so everyone is on the same page

• Confirm arrival times, setup needs, and day-of logistics

• Lead a one-hour rehearsal the day before, so everyone knows exactly where to be and what to do

SETUP

• Assist with setting up your personal décor items exactly as you envisioned

• Greet and direct vendors as they arrive

YOUR WEDDING DAY

• Be with you for 10 hours of coverage, running the day from start to finish

• Manage and communicate with all vendors so you don't have to

• Cue the major moments: processional, entrances, toasts, first dance, and more

• Cut the wedding cake

• Hand out vendor gratuities on your behalf

• Coordinate your send-off with the Photographer

AFTER THE CELEBRATION

• Stay to pack up and secure your personal items

• Oversee vendor tear down and load out

The Luxe

Partial Planning & Day-Of Coordination

You've spent months dreaming. The Luxe Wedding Package gives you a guide for the planning and a team for the day, so you get to enjoy every moment of your wedding weekend.

I come alongside you in the months leading up to your wedding, take the details you've planned, and bring them together into one seamless plan. Then I lead a team that runs the day, so you and your people can simply be present.

PLANNING SUPPORT

• Up to 4 planning calls to review details, answer questions, and keep things moving

• Unlimited email access for questions along the way

• Review of your planning details, contracts, and vision

• A complete wedding weekend timeline

• Vendor communication so everyone is on the same page

• Assistance with wedding room blocks, if needed

YOUR WEDDING WEEKEND

• Planning assistance with your rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and or farewell brunch

• A one-hour rehearsal the day before, so everyone knows exactly where to be and what to do

SETUP

• Assistance setting up your personal décor items exactly as you envisioned

• Greeting and directing vendors as they arrive

YOUR WEDDING DAY

• 12 hours of coverage, with me running the day from start to finish

• 1–2 additional team members to support setup, guests, and vendors

• Management of and communication with all vendors so you don't have to

• Lining up Bridal Party, Handing out Bouquets & Pinning Boutonnières.  

• Cueing of the major moments: processional, entrances, toasts, first dance, and more

• Cutting of the wedding cake

• Distribution of vendor gratuities on your behalf

• Coordinate your send-off with the Photographer

AFTER THE CELEBRATION

• Packing up and securing your personal items

• Overseeing vendor tear down and load out

($450 deposit due at booking)
